Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in the US and China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 business day from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
If your order includes a pre-sale item, please note that the processing and shipping timelines differ from regular orders. Pre-sale items require additional time for production and preparation before shipping. Estimated delivery timelines for pre-sale items will be communicated on the product page and via e-mail updates.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 24 hours to process your orders. After that, it will take 5-8 business days for delivery in the United States, and 8-11 business days for international orders (depending on location).
If your order includes a pre-sale item, this timeline will differ once more. Please allow for 1-2 months from the time of ordering for your Loomee to arrive at your doorstep.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
